In the spring of 2019, the US State Department dispatched a cadre of academics to tour Indonesia and perform classic and contemporary dangdut songs to an audience of millions. On this installment, advice for ordering fried rice and unrelated music about kitchen knives with Devon Tipp and Lu Han Li.

2. Mannequins

The dangdut cowboys performance on Indonesian national television is uploaded to youtube. In this episode, computers read poor translations of viewer comments while how things are made performs Mannequins. Also, the latest installment of the one minute contest; who will win this time?!?!?!?!?!

3. Socks

How things are made plays "Socks" N'at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. (episode unrelated to dangdut cowboys. Or is it? No? Does anybody read these? If so, leave us a comment about your holiday plans!)

4. Hypodermic Needles

How things are made is joined by a famous reporter, then more poorly translated youtube comments about the dangdut cowboy's performance and a song about hypodermic needles. Viva Dangdut.
